Built in 1766, near Boulogne sur Mer on the Opal Coast, the Castle of Hesdin l’Abbé is now on the Cléry hotel. This mansion, in which stayed General Berthier during the siege of Boulogne-sur-Mer by Napoleon, distinguishes itself by its romantic architecture of the 18th and its 5 hectare park.
Here, you are in relaxation, in the peace and in the greenery : we fast feel at home in this universe, with the warm welcome and the impeccable service. Rooms divide up in the castle, in the cottage or in the small farmhouse. The latter is absolutely charming with its half-timberings by making a small cosy nest. Charm, classicism and comfort, it is what characterizes all the rooms.
But you will need to leave it, temporarily, to have dinner in "Berthier" restaurant which is a recognized table of Boulogne sur Mer and where you can taste fishes of the day.
