Located in Les Baux de Provence, near Luberon, the Domaine de Manville was long devoted to agriculture. Here a sheepfold, there dependencies still draw the first use of the property. Today, the crowing of the rooster, the transhumance, the tomatoes of the vegetable garden, the harvest and the picking of the olives give rhythm to the work in the field ... so the seasons follow each other and time is slowly moving.
Edith and Patrick Saut have reconverted the Estate with the help of Mireille Pellen, Heritage Architect in collaboration with PEP'S landscapers (for exterior design) and Annie Zéau (for interior decoration). A beautifully restored and rebuilt house to welcome a sumptuous 5-star hotel, in a remarkable site full of history. It was conducted in such a way as to preserve the history and the patrimonial essence of this place, in the heart of Provence.
