Saint Brieuc, Château de Boisgelin****

In Brittany, a park of more than 90 hectares opens you its doors and its treasures. The manor house of the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, partially restored by marquess Gilles of Boisgelin, is registered on the additional inventory of historic monuments.
Today, the domain of Boisgelin is a very beautiful Resort. Thanks to a painting of the 17th century representing the aspect which had the property at that time, the accesses of the manor house were restored, important works were realized to recreate footpaths in forest, the kitchen garden was returned to its initial vocation, all the stones walls was repaired. Furthermore, an old abandoned farm was converted in four big holiday cottages, this besides the golf opened in 1982.
Each in a different decoration, the rooms are of a big comfort and preserve the charm of luxury life.
The restaurant is an invitation to have dinner in the castle. Opened every day for lunch and dinner (on reservation).
