Golf Sporting Club Vichy

It is at the beginning of the XXè century that Vichy takes its development as health resort and attracts the curist all over the world. It was obviously necessary to create a golf course, it was made along the Allier river. In the years 30-40 the course knew his most beautiful days with the crowned heads coming to spend there a few days.
This flat course does not really offer difficulties for whom knows how to be precise in its strokes. You don’t need to attack by  a drive which can get lost and be penalized… you will discover it at hole n°1 and n°4. It is necessary to play precisely and take advantage to place well your ball to try to nibble at a birdie. The course  will defend itself around its greens, you are warned !
The Pavillon which welcomes the clubhouse is absolutely charming, do not hesitate to have lunch on the terrace under catalpas.
