At Le Touquet, Flavio is synonymous with gastronomic cuisine.

It’s great to be alive when every day, near Touquet Golf Club, on the quai d’Etaples, at the mercy of the tides and the size of the catch, you can make your choice from teeming baskets of fresh fish straight from the sea, quivering scallops, prawns known locally as “sauterelles”, fleshy turbot and plump sole served with locally-grown vegetables - a marriage of land and sea, made in heaven.

Fresh meat reared locally and cooked quite simply, without pretension.
Home-made deserts and a cellar full of fine wines, patiently aged – these are the ingredients of a great institution where, at 20 Euros for lunch, you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this fine restaurant throughout the year.
