In one of the most beautiful arched cellars in Arras, Sabine and Joël (Ecole hôtelière du Touquet) offer a traditional and sophisticated menu: snails in Maroilles sauce, scallops au gratin, white and black chocolate mousse, ch'tiramisu au spéculoos and, of course, Arras andouillette.
Dishes are prepared from fresh produce and are presented on a slate which changes every week, according to the season. You can compose your own menu “first course, main course and desert” for 24€ (+ 2€ for scallops and snails).
The Restaurant is situated in the heart of Arras, between the two town squares and 20 metres from the Ibis hotel, near the Arras Golf Club.
